Our company specializes in purchasing distressed bottom and middle tier residential properties in southern Palm Beach County and then profitably reselling them after a thorough renovation. Our goal in the renovation process is to provide a great move-in condition property for any perspective buyer.

PLAN2WIN, LLC also offers opportunities for real estate investors. Participation in our business model provides for an 8-15% ROE within 6-8 months on an investment secured by first position mortgages on properties with a total LTV of less than 75%.
